Experts,
One false FIR has been filed by a person in the police station recently against me. The IO ( Investigating Officer) being a notorious person has been harrassing me. I am contemplating to file a QUASH PETITION before the Hon High Court.
Kindly confirm if the IO can also be made a party in the petition or what can I do .

Dear querist,
If the IO is not acting as per his duty and harassing you then you can add him as separately.
In case your quash petition is not accepted in full then you may ask for direction for IO.
