Hi,
I want to either re-register my property(brought by myself) with my friend such that if any point of my demise the property should go to my friend and I wish to have a will registered that all my policy and property and gold and investment should go to her. ealier I had nominee as my brother for few policy I had bought, I want to over run them as well. Is it possible.

Yes you can execute a registered will
to that effect and as far as the nomination is concerned you can
approach the authority concerned and change the nomination.

You can even gift or write a will with respect to your self acquired property to an unknown person to you.
