Passport seized

respected experts I have filed a complaint u/s 420 409 120b ipc and mm court after doing 200 , 202 crpc enquiry issue summon then accused take stay from high court u/s 482 the next date of hc in may 2017 my concern is that , that accused can flee from india in this period how can I stop him till next date in HC

Why he would flee dear When already he got stay And how come date so late In may???

shrenik sir , he is a foreigner and posted in india in a company and second thing is you know well how dates can be arrenged .

When you say that he is a foreigner, does it mean holding non Resident Indian passport or holding any other nationality other than Indian? which you have not clarified . Is he a NRI on work visa staying in India that is why passport was seized by Magistrates Court otherwise a foreigners passport a Indian Court can’t impound on so easily.There is something missing in your briefs.
