Dear sir, Cases are pending in NI Act 138, r/w141-142, need simple application of mind, rule,law as under:-

[a] 15 days after notice served, must pay to beneficiary, [ i ] interest loss 2% pm, with 50% minimum compensation of cheque amount, limiting to Double the tennor amount , but after 30 days laps; with one month compulsory inprisonment ; doubleamount of cheque. 6 months imprison-ment .
b ] if courts come in to picture { under inherant power/ rule } and gives time should be held repsonsible along with accused so that the judiciary can play a fair application of law/ rule- protecting the interest, rights, u/s 226/227, assured by Chief justice, law ministry, & not simply grant of date N dates. [ proportinately compensated to complainant].
[ii] if ammended will curb this lots of garbage bundles of tonnes weighing will reduced to hardly few matters. pending in court.hardly will not be a far distinct visionary. nation will make smart progress. by saving our valuable time converting in to fruitfully working in to progress of life.
after 30 days, the run rate should be
