Dear Sir,
i would like to request you to please that we are going to sign the agreement with Maharashta State Road Transport Coorporation for 244 nos. leaf suspension chassis.
As per their agreement guideline, the cost of stamp paper shall be as per “Maharashtra Stamp Paper Act” to evaluate the value.
Kindly confirm the cost of stamp paper as desired for agreement. The contract value is Rs. 26,15,83,128/-.

1) Sir stamp paper validity is not depend up on value of contract it depend up on the purpose for which you want touse it.
