Hi,
We are living in a small property which is registered in name of my grand father. My father has 1 brother and 3 sisters.
Now at the time of divide/partition my father agreed to give half of the property to his brother. but his brother is not
ready to sign in agreement papers not even his sisters. Their motive is to take over(seize) all the propery and her sisters
also started demanding
share in property. My father's brother and sisters having their own family and earning well but still they want to seize all
the property. Please answer my following questions
1. Can we trasfer entire property in my father's name?
2. My father's broher and sisters are having their own property .Is their signatures are mandatory in agreement papers?
3. Is it mandatory to give share to his sisters as generally in india divide/partition happens between the brothers? If YES then how much percentage?
