During the major repairs (such as carpentary/bath room renovation) by the individual apartment owners to their individual flats, which are done say once in 10-15 years - the secretary of apartment is intimidating individual owners (who are getting these done) to stop by saying that they are causing noise. Note that these repairs etc are done from 10 am to 7 pm (and within four walls of individual flat), which is again with in limits as prescribed within noise pollution rules 2000. I am aware that its an offence of criminal intimidation under IPC committed by him. What are other ways to handle this?
