HNTDA approval

Hi sir, iam from hosur and i have a property in Annamalai Nagar, Hosur that comes under municipality control. What is the process for hntda approval. And I have applied for Vacant land tax (assessment number) still the concern people has not given the amount payable details. How much time ut takes for that. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
