Father has passed away and he used slightly different name in property docs

My father has used Ram Prasad B Dubey in his DDA property Docs and whereas his real name was Ram Prasad Dubey. Now during mutation DDA has asked me to prove both are same person, what are my options?

Just get the confirmation from Tehsildar concerned.

The fathers name and address would same for Ram Prasad B Dubey or  Ram Prasad  Dubey, the tehsildar can certify that after recording evidances also.
