Falsifying personal data on an affidavit

Hello, What are the consequences of falsifying occupation data on an affidavit? This particular individual has been appointed as an administrator to a Wakf property. And happens to be a govt employee (teacher). But on an affidavit, in order to file a caveat, he swears that his occupation is "Private Work". Can any legal action be taken on this? **We're about to move to the high Court for staying the order that appoints him as the administrator **The govt order states him as a government employee.
