Enrollment with delhi bar council

I Completed My LLB in 2015 From Odisha. But Now i Shifted to Delhi . So is it possible to enroll through delhi bar council ? what address proofs will vaild ? What is the new fee structure ? Please Help !!

After completion you have to make registered yourself with the state Bar Council from which you have passed your LL.B. degree and get a certificate to Practice Law. Then apply the transfer of your registration in Bar Council of India from Orissa State for Delhi State Bar Council for practicing here. The whole process takes not less than 6 months. As first you have to opt a NOC from Orrissa Stae Bar Council got getting you allow to be transferred to Delhi and on that basis you will aply in the Bar Council of India at Delhi and then BCI will call all your file from Orrissa state to be get transferred to here at Delhi State Bar Council along with your all record of appearances in the court ( if practiced Law befor) and Advocate wellfare fund account statements.

Please note, in Delhi now there is a examination for getting a certificate to practice which you have to clear for getting registered yourself with the Delhi Bar Council. which is a must even if you have cleared your LL.B. examinations.
