Is there a way to write e mail to the honorable Chief Justice of Supreme Court and Bombay High Court as I need to do this to lodge a complaint about torturing and harassing senior citizens by goons of land lords. All our efforts with police have failed because of corruption and police and ministers are in their pocket.

You can send your grivance to the Hon'ble justices and if they find any substance in that they will take actions sue moto. I think you should write a detail letter ( elaborating the facts which you think are unjust and illegal) annexed with all the related documents and send it to postal addresses of both the court by speed post or else you can file a Writ Petition in the High Court.
