Hi All,
This is regarding small clarification on Amendment of maternity benefits act (2017)
The creche facility under this act is applicable only for the organizations which has more than 50 women employees or generally total employees.
As in the Maternity benefit act, I found it as 50 or more employees but people say its more than 50 women employees. Kindly help in clarifying this.

yes. It must be more than 50 women employees. Since this act is applicable to only form women
