Change of managing committe of a society

We at bank have recieved a request for changing the authorized signatories of a society in the bank account. The newly appointed president has submitted the list of newly appointed members duly authorized by the Registrar of societies.

can we change the signatories in the bank account on the basis of this certified list of the registrar?

As per the byelaws, the new committe can be elected after 2 yrs only, but in this case the certificate has been issued after 6 months only....Can we overlook the byelaws in this case as the new committee list is also certified by the Registrar of societies.

Thanks

it is for the ROS to raise objections. Since the ROS has issued certificate you can act upon it. If you have any doubt about the new committee you can seek clarification from ROS.
