Respected Sir,
I have filed an application under sec 2 of Bombay Regulation act , No 8 of 1827 for "Certificate of Heirship" . The Applicant is the younger sister of the deceased :- her sister , Executed and registered a will in 1980 and it says my pension amount should be given to my younger sister.
The Will is Registered , the Court says that if The will is registered then applicant must file application for "probate".
I would like to know whether this application for "Certificate of Heirship" is maintainable even if the the Will is Registered.?
