I want to seek help for following.👇
Anuj Agarwal Member HR in Airports authority of India has already got extension of tenure after expiry of present term as M-hr on 30th November. But the catch is extension can not be granted for another tenure as it violates the AAI Act i.e, extension of tenure is not tenable, as AAI act only has provision of re appointment not extension.
Ministry of civil Aviation has got Anuj's tenure extended from DoPT, where as it is violative of AAI Act 1994.
The interpretation on procedure of re appointment in a CPSE formed under Act of parliament is different with that of tenure extension. Can ministry of Law and justice act on this violation and making Anuj's extension null and void.
submit the represantation and see...if stil nothing happenes then file a petition to chllange the order
