My Brother having case in Nalgondra Family court the court name is 4th additiinal family court cum sessions judge , the judge is very slow and giving long adjournments , because this I had an argument earlier with the judge and transfer to the another family court in the same court called Addl. Family court , this judge even very slow than the earlier judge .
recently transfers happend and earlier judge replaced by an nice officer ,
Please clarify my queries below :
1. Can the 4th additiinal family court cum sessions judge can be called as District court
2. Can the Addl district court judge empowered to trasfer u/s 24 of cpc , as per my knowledge only Pricipal district judge can be empowered do that
3. Can I request for trasnfer to the Addl.Family court as the transfer is not valid u/s 24 of CPC
4. or Do I need to file a petition under Principal district court Nalgonda
