My sister-in law had filled a 498a case against my family and we have appealed to kolkata HC for an quashing.But our lawyer is not giving us the full inofrmation and we want to go to HC to find out what is happening.But we are really not sure of where to go and get this inofrmation from apart from my lawyer.Also that we are trying to make an enquiry we dont want reveal this to my lwyer.Can anyone please help me and provide us some knowledge as to where to get this information in kolkata HC
