498a-How to get anticipatory bail from abroad

My AB was cancelled by sessions court due to breach of condition of going abroad to save job as even after applying for persmission the concerned magistrate sat on application and kept on giving dates as per demands on other party.

Now i want to apply for AB in high court on merits but since I am abroad, my lawyer said you need a copy of AB form endorsed by Embassy. Does embassy endorse AB documents for trial in India?
