My wife filed FIR in police station for 498a 3 months back . Chargesheet was not filed until now by IO.
IO is likely to submit B summary report to magistrate .
1) Do I need to attend court for Bsummary report trials ?
2) Can my wife file a 498a again privately if B summary approved by Magistrate ?
3) What are the criminal actions I can take against wife in my case ?

You don’t have to do anything, in case magistrate does not accept B summary report then you will receive summons for further processing of case. In case magistrate accept report then accused will be acquitted.
