498a dp act

Dear Sir / madam I am Kiran working for private company, my family effected by criminal case(498A DP act) against my younger brother,dad,mother,sister. case details are below: my brother loved a girl (majors) and married without family permission, later after few days her family came and agreed to do a official marriage. this continued till only the official engagement happened, later her family changed their mind marriage was canceled but they left her daughter on my house. my family members treated her ass own daughter and taking care of her every minute, day. my brother and she had small misunderstanding onday and changed her opinion on my brother..dont know what happened on that night she spoke to her father he came on next day to pick her up and went out. this is all happened with all pre planned by her family, she, and her brother and filled a case against my innocent, good family. she and her family given a complaint on PS and filed a FIR saying my family trying to do acid attack and giving poison to kill her all this drama happened after a month she left my house and filed a case on my family.... now the current situation of my family is attending for all hearings is district court everytime without absence. my whole family was upset and cant digest this issue bcoz of her.
