498a case

Hi Sir/Madam, I am one of the victim of 498A case. I was married to one of my fried sister in May 19th 2005. Before my marriage with her, she was married to her boy friend during her study in MBA. For the shake of prestige and for her parents, she was married to me with the help of her brother (one of my friend) and the other friend. We not stayed with my parents. She left from my home in 2008. I field a case in 2009 to join with me. The case was dismissed in 2010 since myself and she not attended the case after the cross examination. In 2012 she filed 498(A) case on me, my parents and my sisters and also local police seized my passport. Out of 7 yrs of my matrimony life, we have not stayed together for 60 days continuously. She is used to leave my home saying that “I do not like you, I was married to you because of my parents and brother”. I was remanded and got the bail. My parents and sisters yet to remand. Below are my questions, could you please clarify the same. 1) Is this possible to remove the names of my parents and my sisters? Since our marriage is happened with the interest of myself, her brother and mother and another friend? If yes, is this possible to delete in Police station? 2) Is there any way I get the details of her MBA classmates from the collage, so that I can prove her marriage with her boy friend before my marriage. She studied MBA in St.Xaviers P.G. College, Gopanpally during the period 2004-2006. 3) With the help of one of DSP’s in Hyderabad and a YSR congress party politician they are trying to harass me. 4) How much time will it take to solve the problem? 5) How I can get the passport back? 6) Is there any way I can file case on them now?
