498a can quash possible after challan

Hi experts and friend

I would like to ask is it possible to quash fir after challan presented

Or  if charges framed then quash possible or not

And the process of quashing chargesheet same as like fir quashing as in my case fir quashing is pending and adjourn sine die but not io is filing challan what will be impact to pending application
