498 quashed . now what next she can do

Girl's father  filed all the cases possible including 498a to make some quick money and harass boys family.After fighting for so many years the case was finally quashed in high court.

Now what else her father can do after this.

Can he go for review of the case in the high court.And what are the chances that it will be admitted for review.

Or can he go to Supreme court

Or can he do something else in the lower court or high court
