an employee who is entrusted with depositing the daily cash collections of the employer with the Bank , misappropriates a part of the same by depositing less and forging the amount mentioned on the counter foil.
The employee is charged under 420/468/471/408.
As a defence I am of the opinion that 420 and 408 can not go together and if 420 goes then it should be 463 and not 468.
