yes the person has cameout out now with bail but he seems very depressive  about his spouse death.and he is now stands with no hopes on his life,job loose .about new job with case finally case progress.

and have a question, if the person comes in a bail no more police problem will not be there right or any enquiry will continues?

Depends if the charge sheet has already been filed then there will be no more inquiry from the police and he jst have to attend his court dates regularly. You all hav to give him hope that it is not an end of life and usually most of the dowry related cases are proved false but need to be defended properly and effectively so hire a gud lawyer who has gud reputation in criminal law.

.if the opposite party got calm down and they want to leave the person is there any chance to comeout  from the case quickly? or police will run the case untill we got convicted for their sake?
