I live in Madhya pradesh India,, we have a 300 year old house
we want to demolish this old house and want to construct a new one. but the problem is there are neighbors whose walls are in touch with our wall so if we demolish and if their wall or home may collapse then we will have to construct their wall also..(OR it may life threatning as well) they are not ready to construct their old house.
what is the solution..what is the legal work we need to do before we demolish and construct.
please help
