2020 women’s property rights law

Dear Lawyer's
Please provide your opinion for the below Property issue

Issue:
My Aunt (83 years old) applied case in court on MAY 2021 and demanding 25% property share from my father as per 2020 Women property rights law. (She is my father's own sister)

Background:
(i) My Grandfather has one son and 3 daughters. Year 1986, my father got signature from 2 Aunt’s and he didn’t get signature from elder Aunt. My father is with me and my aunt applied case against to my father
(ii) Grandfather passed away on 1980, all property documents are still in Grandfather's name.
iii) Only PATTA /CHITTA /EB bills had changed to my father's name in 1984. (Not happened in UTR PATTA change, My Father requested and then changed PATTA to his name)
(iv) Grandfather gave registered WILL to Aunt in 1978 (90 cents) and she sold property after Grandfather death (1982). My father didn't get any Will from Grandfather

My Questions:
1. PATTA/EB Bills are in my father's name, Can my Aunt eligible to ask property

2. My grandfather give WILL to Aunt. This WILL is accountable in court or Not?

3. Reg. WILL provided before 20 December 2004. Please clarify My aunt is eligible to ask property again or Not?

4. My grandfather/Father gave many dowry to Aunt. (No proof there). How it can be accountable in court?

Kindly provide and clarify above details on 2020 women’s Property rights Law
Thanks in Advance
