13b mutual consent divorce and decree

Hi everyoneneed advice from all of u expert people about 13b

Q1 when one can get certified copy of decree after second motion on the same day or with in one week , I have read in one thread that it takes 30 to 90 days to get certified copy of decree

Q2 time taken when petition is submitted when it comes in front of judge during 1st or 2nd motion

Q3 when a person can marry after getting decree any time period or immidiately after decree in case of 13b mutual consent

Raja,

It will take at least 15 days time to get the certified decree/order copy after the decree is pronounced/order is made by the court. You can go for next marriage after a period of three months lapse by then the appeal over the MCD decree by your spouse will be barred by limitation.
