My 498a wife (before filing 498a etc.) implicated me & my family in kalandara (107/151 IPC) ...& did not appeared even in a single date. Now after 6 months, she appeared & the judge asked me do you want to CROSS.
I said= yes,
Judge said= hire a lawyer right now itself & cross her
I said= I can not hire today as we were not aware so my lawyer would not be prepared to cross her well
Judge said to girl: u need not come from the next date
My query: as it is already more than 6 months, should I request the judge to dismiss the case ( of course without any condition which require me to sign bond to keep peace in future) : my lawyer advised this
OR
should I request the judge to summon the girl; as I want to cross her.
which one is better?????
