We have a dispute regarding the ownership of land in Andhra pradesh. we are in a movement to go to court.my question was what % of Court fees on land value i should deposit with Court before starting any proceedings.
And what is the mening of land value.Waitng for answers

Hi Everybody,
I am planning to buy a plot in banmgalore. I even approached few people. They have B-Khata for their property. I would like to know
1) what are the documents required to be collected from them?
2) How can I know that property is legal and has no disputes?
3) Can I get A-khata by paying betterment charges or is there any other procedures to get A-Khata?
4) If a property has B-Khata, How can I know that this property is not sold to any one?
