Even if we explain the correct provisions and concepts regarding NPA, as per RBI guidelines, if is very difficult to make the courts/DRT judges to conceive it. In short, the borrowers many times do not get justice, even if the bank was wrong.

Please guide me as to who I should contact to provide inputs to petitioners fighting the case at Supreme Court. Mine is SSI - EOU unit. Bank invoked Sarfaesi Act without classifying the account as NPA.

Borrowers Advocates may consult CA's/Ex-Bankers, to expose the violations of RBI guidelines and fair practice code of Banks while pleading in DRT and other Courts.
