women involved in kidnap

Dear Experts,

2 women and 4 men's are involved in kidnap case FIR also registered 323,363,506 & 149 IPC. Moreover in CCTV footage women's are not visible or I can say they are in car. Police are not arresting the women's on the ground of women's are not visible in footage. There are the planner of crime. Two of accused person giving statement that women are with us.
1) Even women's are acknowledging that we are in kidnap, but we didn't hurt the petitioner.
2) How can I prove that women's are in crime???

FIR got registered in PS, total 6 members are involved in kidnap case, as an evidence police collected the CCTV footage as proof of evidence. In CCTV ladies are sat in the car with closed window, 4 members came to me and did kidnap. Police giving exception to ladies in this case.
So how to proceed with this case???
