notarised has no value before regd one.

However the motarised will be do if the testator is at terminal stage.

The Will does not require registration. But as it is easier to remove doubtful circumstances in the cases of registered Will the people go for the registered one. The notarised Will though can not be equated with a registered one, the same is very much valid in the eye of law.

Although registration of WILL is not mandatory, but registered WILL will always prevail upon unregistered WILL. notarisation of WILL is as good as unregistered document.

registration of will though not mandatory but in case of any doubts regaring future disputes then registration is preferable then of notarized as registered will have a proper legal standing in future in case of any dispute takes place in future.

To remove suspicions, doubts, and to avoid future contingencies, etc. at the time of Probate proceedings by the executor of the Will, it is better to registered a Will, otherwise there is no need of registering a Will, and notorization of Will is of no value in the eye of law.
