author : Neeraj Kaushal !!!

Why did you ask a thing you knew already???.

However in practice people utilize their brain and get cases compounded even those which law prohibits compounding.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 11 December 2011

Probably the author intended to test the knowledge of experts with reference to his own knowledge. It would have been better for him to ask for comparative practical views of experts with particular reference to the practice being adopted in HP.
