terminate my service without any notice

Dearsir I am joined Mewar university press 20 June 2015. I am in probation period. They terminated my service without any notice or any official atatement which are totally wrong. What should I do whether I am eligible to file a case against employer I have offer letter signed by the chairman. Please provide me full detail what I have to do.

what are the basic terms and conditions of the appointment? These also have a bearing on your ability to act in a particular manner.There should be reason mentioned in UR termination letter/come out with facts.

There should be some reason why you were terminated. If you are not aware, get the file noting and/or the minutes of the decision under RTI Act.

I am appointed in Mewar university press at dariyaganj, ansari road Delhi as a formatter (publication). Actually our office in Delhi our director (kedar math) said to me work from home we will pay you. Actually they want to terminate my job because our office shifted Delhi to vasundhra ghaziabad & I am comfortable for the same. Thats why they created whole drama. They paid me salary of June, July & august in september.
