Technical resignation while on deputation

sir,
i am central government employee and presently on deputation in state govt. While i was in my parent deptt i applied for higher job in other state through proper channel. now i have been offered appointment for new job. my querry is- should i tender technical resignation in deputation deptt or first repatriate to my parent department and then tender my technical resignation. or any other advice.

Please refer your establishment manual.
Normally, you can directly send your technical resignation from the deputation department. However its acceptance is the discretion of the authority.

No the resignation willbe addressed to the appointing authority in parent deptt through borrowing deptt.

borrowing deptt has no powers to relieve you from the substantive post and direct you to report to new post. They also have no powers to allow your lien on the substantive post in parent deptt.

sir
I m inspector in delhi police (central government)and presently on deputation in Anti corruption branch (ACB) GNCT of delhi. My appointing authority (who is central government officer is head of the ACB being AGMU cadre officer (i.e. being posted in Delhi Police, he is having additional charge of ACB as it is transfer posting)
In view of above, kindly advice.

You may apply for acceptance of technical resignation through proper channel. The office will take care of the procedure.
