The resignation could have been withdrawn before it was accepted and not at this stage, however, consult a local lawyer practicing in service matters.

Consult local service law expert consultant and show him all the documents.

"ccs rule 26(2) 1972."? There is no such rule.

Absolutely there no no chance of rejoining the previous job once resignation is accepted and relieved.

There are different sets of rules starting with the words "CCS". Which set of rules do you refer?

You may answer the queries raised by experts or consult a local service law practicing lawyer.

Kalaiselvan ji,

The author won't reply the experts' queries, as the problem does not seem to be his real life problem. His silence for a week clearly smacks that he has posted merely an academic query.
