When the abatement order is passed for not bringing the LR with in 90 days, Stay granted earlier also got vacated.

Can we apply for the Stay again after legal representatives are brought into Records with condonation of delay.

No. You cannot seek stay from same court on same cause of action once it has vacated stay application. You need to file appeal against already pronounced order.

IN my view as stay was vacated due to non substitution which has now stood cured,a fresh application lies before the same court in changed circumstances but my view is on trust that you have stated truth that stay stood vacated due to abatement which was later condoned.

File a petition for condonation of delay and after admission of this petition you can approach for further stay.
