Stamp duty

(Querist) 13 June 2017 This query is : Resolved
Can anyone tell me the stamp duty of NDA in haryana? and What will be the cost after adding indemnity clause to it? What will the repercussion of overvalues or undervlued stamp? and is it mandatory to be on stamp paper?
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 14 June 2017
What do you mean by terminology "NDA" used in the query?

Stamp duty is a State subject contact and consult Sub-Registrar or local lawyer.

Repercussion of over/under valuation of a document is a debatable academic question to be raised with your tutor.

Last question of the examination paper is vague.

Is it Non Disclosure Agreement?

Let the legal cell of your establishment interact with a very senior very able counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such matters and get the opinion.

You can also check in local O/o Registering Authority.

Thanks for agreeing Mr. Rajendra K Goyal.

I do not agree with the full form of NDA to be "Non-Dis-closer Agreement" since such connotation is not available in legal parlance.

Can you enlighten me on the subject if this is not a time-pass academic topic for useless debate?

Better discuss the real problem along with its background rather than keeping the members on guess for your riddle type academic question.
