Spelling mistake in name in different educatuinal qualification certificate

One of my friend has different spelling of his name in Matric and NCVT certificate and there is a mistake in his fathers name also his name is PARUIN KUMAR GUPTA AND HIS FATHERS NAME IS BHAGWAN PRASAD IN HIS MATRIC CERTIFICATE.

BUT IN NCVT CERTIFICATE HIS NAME IS PARVIN KUMAR GUPTA AND FATHERS NAME IS BHAGWAN PRASAD GUPTA. SO THERE IS A SPELLING MISTAKE IN HIS MATRIC CERTIFICATE i.e. PARVIN BECAME PARUIN AND HIS FATHERS NAME DID NOT INCLUDE SIRNAME GUPTA IN MATRIC CERTIFICATE LIKE NCVT CERTIFICATE.

HE BECOMES CONFUSED WHILE FILLING GOVT. JOB FORMS.
WHAT SHOULD HE DO . IS THERE ANY WAY FOR CORRECTIOIN IN THE CERTIFICATES, OR SHOULD HE GOT AN AFFIDAVIT DONE.
WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION

within one year of the matriculation you should have made corrections
alright contact the university exam center for correction

matter is very simple.

make declaration or affidavit

publish in two news papers

publish the name change in the state gazette.

make notary copy of the gazette copy.

henceforth in all your records, forms and applications use new name only.

Dear Mr Sonu,
As correctly pointed out by experts, you are required to swear an affidavit before the Judicial Magistrate First Class,within your jurisdiction, i.e in your local court,stating that Parvin Kumar Gupta and Paruin Kumar Gupta is the same and identical person, and that his fathers name is Bhagan Prasad Gupta, instead of Bhagwan Prasad. The affidavit is required to be drafted in a non judicial stamp paper of minimum value as applicable in your state (as in case of west bengal it is Rs 10/-) get it signed by a lawyer and the declarant and affirm before magistrate.After that publish it in a local newspaper and an english newspaper.

i agree with prabhakar singhji . you should not solicit clients in this fashion . if any querist wants to contact you he will do it if you have your contact details psoted in your profile page in LCI .
