can parties both cristhan get there mariage registered under special marriage act? where the parties have not got there marriage solemenised in any church or by any priest.

Dear Modassir,
Under Special Marriage Act, Both Hindus, Both Muslims, Both Christians or One party of other religion and other party of other religion; may make their marriage.
They may also register their marriage under this act.

If both the parties are Christians then only the Divorce Act,1869 will apply.
