Working as an Advocate and Legal Advisor in Lucknow since August, 1991 after being registered as an Advocate in U.P. Bar Council, Allahabad (U.P., India).

During this period I rendered advice in miscellaneous types of cases and made proper assistance to the various courts in solving the matters.

Besides this, I have also helped the party in the interest of natural justice by making free advices in to the cases and legal matters referred to me by U.P. Free Legal Aid & Advisory Board, Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow.

Work Knowledge: Cases u/s 138 of N.I. Act, Consumer cases, Cases under M.V. Act, Recovery cases, Summary Suits, Execution Proceedings, Complaints u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., Matrimonial cases, Defamation cases and other Civil & Criminal cases, having good skill in drafting various types of deeds, agreements & all kinds of notices & reply to notices etc.
