What is the status of shramdaan road in village.is it on government record ..may I claim compensation as they took 200sq m of my land for it..

If you did not donate/gift the said land then you have not lost your ownership.
If it has been acquired without your consent you can agitate.
If it is acquired and some compensation was to be paid you may ask for it, from the authority that has acquired.

Or take back the possession.

I endorse last post of expert Mr. Kumar Doab qua retention of your title, which cannot be taken over without your consent.
However, when construction work of road was going on why did you remain sleeping and take a stay order from competent court?
