Sir,
A person filed a false SC/ST case against us at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I live in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.I was born in Visakhapatnam. My query is where can I apply for anticipatory bail at District Sessions Court at Srikakulam? or District Sessions Court at Visakhapatnam? or District Sessions Court at Guntur? or Highcourt at Hyderabad?

Thats what I am saying. According to Mr Kumar Doab "Same Query http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Sc-st-attrocity-case-640261.asp", Please kindly check whether both queries are one and the same. If you cannnot differentiate them, Please ask me. I will tell the difference. "The Previous question pertains to Sessions Court or High Court. The Present question refers to Sessions court at which location or High court."
Please also don't think the people asking questions here are Low level people as you mentioned us as "People seeking free advise." I never requested particularly you to kindly advise me. I asked the entire intellectual lawyers,those who have kind heart to help or advise only can give answers. No pressure or demand from people like us on You Sir. Please try to talk with Empathy as we are already facing some problem and please don't try to comment on us in the above manner Sir.

Some come for time pass also (you do not appear to be a time pass).
Experts of this forum do not generally like to reply someone who puts multiple query as if he is taking test by posting same problem at different threads.

As of a chronic disease, Mr. Doab can't resist from making vague multiple posts, irrespective of whether he knows anything about the topic or not. In fact he does not seem to have any concern with law, but still he makes multiple posts.
More so, what he loses if he give wrong or misleading advice or posts any vague response, when he always appears with his fake identity without his real name, photo and location. Nobody can do harm to him in case he misguides or makes gives multiple evasive responses.
Hundreds of requests have gone over his deaf ears to reveal his real identity with real name, photo and location, but he openly refused to reveal his identity through several threads with his abusive responses.
Even if you ask him to reveal his real identity before he responds anymore to your query, he would not oblige you also. If liked for experience sake, you may also try your luck in asking him for his real identity.
