Respected Sir, Can i make a new sale deed in behalf of purchaser by using my general power of attorney for selling immoveable property which was in vacant position.

Show the Power of Attorney Original Copy to the Concerned Registrar and Let him go thro and Confirm.He would be the Right Person to Decide Since He would be Implementing the Registrations.

Do you mean to say that you were given POA for a large plot and some part out of it is remaining unsold?


The POA shall explain the action that you can take.
