Sir

i am respondent in Criminal Writ petition and wants to know when matter rule returnable, any time limit ? i have filed my reply but same is yet not taken on record, while committee of registrar suggest to appoint advocate by court on amicus queiry basis. But court not appoint as same.

So i want to know if my affidavit not taken on record at earliest then what is time limit for rule returnable...
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 13 December 2016
@ SS Rathi,
Once you have filed your counter-affidavit to the writ petition (criminal) how it is possible that registry do retain it with them, i.e., not sending it to dealing for placing the same on record?

Please throw some light on your statement (for my education) whether Committee of Registrar exists in High Court/Supreme Court?

Besides this, how did you infer that the Committee of Registrar can suggest the Court to appoint advocate as "amicus curie"? Further you have stated "...but Court did not appoint as same" what do you intend to convey?

You could not fabricate this academic story properly as you have been doing in your earlier posts.

Best of luck.

Mr. Rathi,

It would have been better to reply to the pertinent questions of Dr. J C Vashist, rather than asking please guide without providing relevant information, as asked from you.
