Hi I asked this query in civil category but don't know if whether it comes under civil,thats why am posting query again in others.SORRY!
hello sir/madam,
my given name kiran,surname vasireddy.
I am from andhrapradesh living in bangalore working as software engineer.
in all my records ,pancard, adharcard,driving license my name is kiran V.
1.in my passport it is writen as Kiran Vasi Reddy and I had travelled abroad for work with that passport.
2.recently I registered a land(residential plot) in bangalore with name V.Ravi
will there be any problem in future as all records show
Ravi V and passport show Kiran Vasi Reddy(whereas it has to be vasireddy) and in my sale deed my name is V.Ravi

always purchase land in name shown in your documents . if your passport , pan card shows different name you may have problems in selling land . the 2 names are absolutely different .

it is not differnt names.in passport my suname is split into 2 words vsai reddy instead of vasireddy
my records show kiran v(surmame initial placed last)
now in my sale deed v.kiran(surname initial placed first)
so what can be done

in your query you mentioned regd agreement shows V Ravi
passport shows Kiran Vasi Reddy . the 2 names are different
any how if merely surname shown first instead of name you wont have problems

i do have a quick question my surname is vasireddy but in passport split in 2words like vasi reddy.will there be any issues in india if its split like that and i'm having my identity in USA with the surname as in passport.

Try to have your name as shown in your passport for all purpose otherwise problems can be there at any time.

You should keep in mind while performing any sale deed or any other document your identity should be the same as mentioned in your prevailing eduactional certificates,voter i.d. pan card etc. to avoid any complications in future. in present case you must move to correct your name entered wrong.
