Sir I m student of CA final may 10 batch still not clear .I marry last yr..also going to b father this yet recently working in co from 3 months in pune ...what to do I want to go back home and do business but family said stay in pune..also his to concentrate on study ?

Not a legal problem. Non-legal personal problems of family have to be sorted out by mutual discussions within the family.

Option - I
1. Sacrifice your desires and do what the Family says.
Option - II
1. Sacrifice your Family's wishes and do what you want to do.
PURPORTED and PROBABLE "LEGAL" Angle.
a) Sacrifice your Family's wishes, and the Family just simply could oust you out from the Family culture and Family Wealth and Family Name AND you would be left alone to fend for yourself, wife and child.
b) With no Family backing, there would be no home, no business and you would soon be parted with your Self-confidence, Money, Health and so on.... , due to your quarter-baked experiences.
c) With the Family ousting you and with no Family backing, AND in the event of your untimely departure to the yonder world, your family (wife and childrens) would have no legal standing in the parental Family's Assets & other Wealth.
d) There are many people who do not have a Family and such people Yearn to have a Family alongwith associated Values, Culture, Wealth, Name and what nots. Some people are not fortunate enough to have a Family who send their children to become CA's to help them stand on their own with their own status.
CONCLUSION: Probably this how the Indian Family culture, is slowly going down the sewage drain, since all subsequent generations too would want to do what they wish to do, against the good & just wishes of the Parental family.
