Engage an advocate and get a mutual partition deed among the family members drafted and registered through him.

madam,it is better that first of all both the family members should sit together and decide the main points to be incorporated in the draft MOU for wich u r interested.consult a lawyer with ur points who will do the rest.thanks(.)
